Delivery
Please note all prices are based on in store collection prices. Where you will require the products ordered online to be delivered, there may be an additional fee on some items.
Delivery Fee
For every order placed with R.M.M online, you will be charged a specified delivery fee rate. The delivery fee rate will be a flat rate of R300. Where your order is above R3000, there will be no delivery fee charged and will be indicated on your final bill as a shipping discount. Please note that due to the nature of some products, there may be a delivery charge added even if your order is above R3000.00.
Delivery areas
R.M.M delivers to registered customers within specified delivery areas. R.M.M delivers within a 30km radius of our two branches. Should we not deliver to your area, you may arrange for an in-store collection of the goods ordered online.
Delivery times
Depending on stock availability, your goods will be delivered to you within a maximum of 48 hours from order. Where you would like goods to be delivered on a specified date or time, please make sure the date and time are clear on the notes when placing your order.
Where delivery needs to take place at a specified area at the mentioned address or delivered to a specific individual at a different address, please make sure you select the “Ship to a different address” option to add the new address.
R.M.M delivers on weekdays between 6 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon and on Saturdays between 6am and 1pm. We do not deliver on Sundays and work only half days, from 6am to 1pm, on public holidays.
Please arrange that you are available to accept your purchase. Should you not be available, please ensure that you have given a representative permission to accept the delivery on your behalf.
Delivery confirmation
